Murrayfield Churches Together has been pleased to support the ECUDARE  (Ecumenical Day Care) project. Over the last 2 years and sponsored a visit by its Director Esther Wanjohi in June 2008 to Edinburgh. We have recently agreed to extend this for a further three years until 2013. The focus this year is to purchase water tanks, one of the main needs in order to improve the quality of life.

The Ecumenical Day Care and Support Women Project was started in 2003 to provide quality of life and holistic care for women and their families infected and affected by HIV / AIDS  pandemic in Kajiado District in Kenya.

ECUDARE programme involves nutrition, health and behavioural counselling, and income generations projects towards meeting the needs of People living with HIV / AIDS within Kajiado District.
